There is much debate over how to measure success in reducing the risk of climate disasters. I argue that it’s not measured by what we do, but what we achieve. The most significant achievement will be reaching net-zero, or when the CO2 concentrations no longer continue to rise, and CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere plateau, at which time global warming will soon level.
